Looking to rent a climate-controlled storage unit? Here's how it works:
- Find an available unit and fill out an application on this website
- Within 3 business days, you will get an email from management approving or disapproving your application
- If approved, a lease will be sent to your email (pay special attention to the insurance section)
- Sign and submit lease back to management
- Set up your ccstoragehky.com account
- Connect your bank account
- Make your first payment
- Within 24 hours, you'll get access codes and start using your new storage unit!
Note: to access the secured facility your lease must be signed, first month paid, and on or after your start date.
FAQs
No! We are paperless - to rent a unit, an online application must be submitted and online payments must be set up.
Yes! If you have trouble with the online application, or if you would like to see the unit before renting, contact us ahead of time and we can set up an appointment.
Yes. We have an easily accessible loading dock for all units. Other points of entry are a walk-in door, and double walk-in door. Once approved, your code works at every keypad.
No. You must bring your own lock, we do not currently offer them for purchase.
